Bhotho Rats

Union of Sowiio Green Party

Anali Ltd

Ngaliba Blue Camorra

Uszaa Society

i Bootis Democrats

Revolutionary Kappa Fornacis for Equality

Galactic News: Weekly Economic Report

This report presents the latest data on the economic health of the galaxy's minor factions.

Here are the latest factions to experience an economic boom:

Colanja Gold Power Services

Brani Federal Holdings

Ross 754 Labour

Yakabugai Exchange

Ruchbah Industry

Cemiess Commodities

Kokary Holdings

Eravate Network

Zeessze Clan

Delphin Blue Federal PLC

Boom is usually the result of consistent trade profit and completed trade contracts. When a faction experiences a boom, the wealth of the system it controls temporarily increases and trade missions completed in the system have double the effect on influence. The faction's influence may also increase. Booms typically last until they naturally expire.

Here are the latest factions to experience an economic bust:

Potriti Gold Mafia

Ngaliba Blue Camorra

LHS 535 Silver United Ltd

Orishpucho Jet Hand Gang

Chau Yu Gold Clan

BD-13 2439 Comms Systems

Independent Sopdu Labour

Taliesin Crimson Fortune Systems

Democrats of Masans

When a faction experiences a bust, the wealth of the system it controls is temporarily reduced and the faction's influence is temporarily diminished. Trade actions do not contribute to boom while a bust is active. A bust typically has to run its course before ending.

Galactic News: Weekly Expansion Report

This report presents the latest data on expansion and withdrawal among the galaxy's minor factions.

Here are the latest factions to have expanded into new systems:

Nahua Citizens' Forum

G 99-49 Life Industry

Sui Xenates Indie Union

HIP 115314 Jet Crew

HIP 113454 Crew

HIP 65921 Silver Bridge Systems

Expansions occur when a minor faction reaches a sufficient level of influence and there is a populated system within striking distance. Expansion is costly, so when a faction expands, the wealth and development level of the system it controls are temporarily reduced.

Here are the latest factions in withdrawal:

Eranin Peoples Party

Independents of Mildeptu

39 Tauri Interstellar

Labour of Geras

Zugen Incorporated

Durius Dominion

Factions are considered to be in withdrawal if their level of influence within a system drops below a certain level. If the faction's influence remains low for a total of five days, the faction must leave the system entirely. If the faction manages to increase its level of influence, it remains in the system.

Combat activity between the two warring factions determines the outcome of the conflict. If neither faction succeeds in dominating the other, the war ends in a ceasefire.

Galactic News: Rahu Operation comes to an End

An Alliance spokesperson has announced that its operation to the crew of an Alliance convoy from opportunistic slavers in the Rahu system has reached a successful conclusion.

Hundreds of independent pilots supported the campaign by recovering escape pods from the remains of the convoy and delivering them safely to Acharya Station. Meanwhile, combat pilots neutralised slavers who were attempting to take escape pods from the wreckage.

As the operation drew to a close, an Alliance spokesperson made a brief statement:

"We are immeasurably grateful to the galactic community for its support. Countless members of Alliance personnel have been spared a lifetime of enforced slavery, and we have you to thank for it."

Pilots who contributed to the initiative can now collect their rewards from Acharya Station in the Rahu system.

Community Goal: Loren's Legion Issues Request

Loren's Legion, an Imperial organisation based in the Prism system, has placed an open order for tantalum.

The organisation has a wide range of business interests, and regularly supplies commercial entities with raw materials and other commodities. On this occasion it has turned to the galactic community for help fulfilling its commitments.

A spokesperson for the organisation released a statement to the media.

"We have experienced a huge spike in demand, and our facility at Hiram's Anchorage is already running at full capacity, so to satisfy our clients we will need the help of the galactic community. Fortunately we are in a position to offer generous premiums to pilots who deliver tantalum to Hiram's Anchorage in the Prism system."

The campaign begins on the 2nd of March 3303 and will run for two weeks. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.
