To apply select 'Livery' from the 'Carrier Management' view. Any purchased items will be available to apply to your Carrier. Game Extras do not alter the capabilities of your Carrier in any way. Items are purely cosmetic. If your Carrier is decommissioned you will be able to re-apply any applicable items to your new Carrier via 'Livery'.
